Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time.
However, we provide medical codes for any labs ordered, which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement—depending on your specific plan and coverage.​
Are lab costs included in the price?
Labs are included with the Detox Program, but not with the Wellness Program, as lab testing for wellness is more personalized and tailored to each individual’s needs.
When are appointment payments due?
A $25 deposit is required to book appointment, which will be deducted from total cost. The remaining balance will be due at the time of service.

How much does the membership cost?
The Membership is priced at $20 per month when paid as an annual subscription. Individual patients can choose to pay monthly or opt for a one-time annual payment. For families, the adult member can include any additional intermediate family members for just $20 more per month, bringing the total to $40 per month.
Do you have a family plan?
Absolutely! Adult members can add any additional intermediate family members to their plan for an extra $20 per month, making the total $40 per month. For example, this would include the spouse and all children.
When can i end my membership?
Memberships can be billed either monthly or annually, based on the patient's preference, and will automatically renew after one year. To cancel your membership, please reach out to us at least one month before the renewal date, and we will take care of it promptly.
How do I become a member?
Simply give us a call, and we will be happy to sign you up for the membership!

If I order labs, how will I receive the codes?
You will typically receive the codes attached to your lab order immediately after your appointment. If you don't receive it, please contact our office and we'll make sure you get it promptly.
How do I submit this information to my insurance company?
Most insurance companies allow you to submit claims online through their member portal, via mail, or through their mobile app. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to determine the best submission method for your plan.

Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence-based approach that uses therapeutic lifestyle interventions to treat and prevent chronic disease. It focuses on six pillars: nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, avoidance of risky substances, and positive social connections. At SimpliWell, we will integrate these principles into your personalized care plan.

What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first appointment, you'll meet with Dr. Thomas who will review your medical history, current concerns, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Dr. Thomas may recommend a session with our Nutrition Counselor, who inquire about your diet, daily habits, and overall lifestyle to establish a baseline for your health.

What if I decide to join a program after having an initial visit?
Not a problem! The cost of your initial visit will be applied toward the total cost of the program—you’ll just pay the difference to move forward.
